Placing Your order
Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order and access your order history. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
You will recieve an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total.
Changing Your Order

If you are interested in ordering a product and having it customized, please contact one of our retail locations. Products online are for sale only as listed.
Tracking Your Order
If you have a profile set up with us, it is very easy to track an order, just click the "track order" link at the bottom of the page. You will recieve an email notification with your UPS tracking number included. If your packaed was not sent via UPS, please contact customer service.
Canceling Your Order
Once your order is submitted it cannot be changed, so please double check your order before submitting. If you have to cancel your order, please email email@example.com
Returning Your Order
You must obtain an RMA# before returning merchandise. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA#
