We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver great customer service

What does the role involve?
Every day is different at Rachel Ashwell, however your main responsibilities will include, offering our customers a high level of service, receiving deliveries, replenishment and garment care

About Rachel Ashwell
Currently Rachel Ashwell operates stores in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Texas, and with partners in Tokyo, as well as an online store offering high quality furniture, bedding, decor, and hand-picked flea market finds. Her “Simply Shabby Chic” collection is celebrating its 11th year at Target. Rachel also opened a bed and breakfast in Roundtop, Texas called “The Prairie”

Who are we looking for?

- 1 years previous customer service experience(preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Good brand awareness
