Rachel Ashwell® furniture does more than just combine cushy comfort with exquisite good looks. The Beecroft Chair is made by quality craftsmen, using hardwoods and 8-way hand tied construction. This cushioned armchair is designed so that our generously cut slipcovers can be properly tucked underneath the seat cushions. Slipcovers are machine washable and feature zippers for easy care. Handmade in Los Angeles. Shown in White Denim with welt trim and short skirt detail.

- Our down feather wrapped foam seat cushions provide a plush layer of mushy comfort with ample support and longevity. Bench-built by expert craftsman in Los Angeles since 1989, each piece is made with kiln-dried wood and traditional eight-way hand-tied coil springs. Our sofas are built to last.

Materials: Frames are bench built using premium grade kiln dried five quarter hardwood and eight-way hand tied spring construction. Back cushions are down/feather filled and seat cushions are down/feather wrapped over foam core, with ticking covers made of 100% cotton. Synthetic fill available by request (excludes ticking covers). Slipcovers are pre-shrunk and machine washable with overlocked seams for washing protection, featuring zipper closure for easy removal/application.
Build: Frames are corner blocked to prevent shifting or separating and double doweled, reinforcing the joints of the body.

Slipcovers: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle using mild detergent; tumble dry low. We encourage washing all slips equally as color may fade over time after washing cycles.
Cushions: Due to natural materials of down/feather, cushions require some maintenance including fluffing and rotation. Fluffing (similarly as you would a décor pillow) helps move feathers around, refreshing your inserts and offering additional comfort. Rotation helps with a more even wear of cushions. Avoid laundering ticking covers as they will shrink.
Frames: Frames are fully upholstered in 100% cotton canvas. Professional cleaning is recommended for all upholstered furniture.
This piece ships for a flat fee of $600 (per piece). Shipping will be applied to cart at checkout.
We are proud of our exclusive in-home delivery service. Service includes bringing the item(s) into your home, unpacking and assembly as required, and packaging removed from the site.
